Appointment recommended to reserve your exclusive time, walk ins are welcome upon availability. 24-hr cancellation notice required. Failure to cancel with 24 hr. notice will result in a $25 fee and NO Shows will be responsible for a $35 fee. By scheduling an appointment you are agreeing to our policy.

In order to provide our best service to all of our customers and patients, we ask that you read the following regarding our appointment policy.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may have to reschedule your appointment and still be responsible for fees.   Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments and providing a minimum of 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. Same cancellation guidelines remain for Groupon and Living Social customers, only to forfeit treatments if there is no cancellation within 24 hours.


As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation.
Cell phones and pagers must be turned off when entering the spa.


Patients must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval or accompaniment of an adult.


Keeping our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipments are sterilized and sanitized after every service and treatment.


We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones to vibrate upon arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter the spa. Please inform your therapist/technician should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other patients.


Children are only permitted in the spa when having a service. For safety reasons, no child under the age of 18 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.
